| I`ve added new user and granted him aceess to pop3 and smtp. Now I can receive, but can`t send mails. Every time I try to send mail, server answer is: "550: Unknown user" What`s wrong?

| Server receive messages to send it outside only from enabled IP. Probably IP from that you try to send is not in enabled IP list. Also in option you may check option allow any "From" field. Otherwise server will send message from users of your domain only. |
