FTP has slow download (about 1.5 Mbit/s) when upload is maximum fast (only connection/hardware limits). I can't test it from inernet, my connection is bellow 1 Mbit/s so FTP from internet is always working fine, but from 100 Mbit/s LAN it is rather problem. I temporary walkaround this by using another FTP server software and it's working good. When I test FTP from localhost, there is no problem, full hardware speed is achieved, but from all PC in LAN always FTP downlad is slow (max 1.5 Mbit/s). |

You mean average speed for lot of files, or for one big file? May be you limit download speed for FTP in server's settings? |

Big files used in test. # FTP server setting ftp_max=12 ftp_port=21 ftp_timeout=60 ftp_range="1.0.0.1-254.254.254.254" ftp_deny="" ftp6_range="::1-FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF::" ftp6_deny="" ftp_speed=0 ftp_spdusr=0 ftp_pasvp=0 ftpi_ltime=0 ftpi_ip_limit=0 ftpi_net_limit=0 ftpi_limit=0 ftpo_ltime=0 ftpo_ip_limit=0 ftpo_net_limit=0 ftpo_limit=0 |
